Offshoring Fresh Graduates

March is the month to end up the college years, this is the time where marching future entrepreneurs goes jubilant as another step forward to their journey to success. There will be thousands of job seekers stepping on the stage of their new careers. Careers that will give them vast income and a career that will give them mammoth knowledge on their chosen business enterprise.

Some of them will be scattered in offshore staff leasing companies like call centers and outsourcing firms which are domestically located on the metro. Most fresh graduates got their jobs in different scenarios whether they got employed in their motherland or venture their luck overseas which is pretty common nowadays.
